Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the quote form unless it is necessary for us to respond to your cleaning service request.

We use this information for one purpose only — to respond to your inquiry. We may follow up by email, phone, or text to schedule a consultation or answer your question.

This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to help us understand how visitors find and use the pages. Google Analytics may collect website usage data such as pages visited, device/browser type, approximate location, referral source, and interactions with the site.

This data does not directly identify you to Complete Home Keepers. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, message contents, service request details, or payment information to Google Analytics. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We do not sell your data

We keep quote requests, contact-form submissions, and related communications for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, manage customer relationships, maintain business records, and meet legal, tax, insurance, or accounting obligations.

If you ask us to delete your information, we will honor the request unless we need to keep certain information for legitimate business, legal, tax, insurance, or recordkeeping reasons.

We use reasonable measures and reputable service providers to protect information, but no website, email system, form system, payment system, or internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure.
